CCTV System
DIXYTECH install and maintain a wide variety of CCTV equipment to our customers throughout the Ghana. These systems range from single camera applications to fully networked, multi-site, high-security projects including public space CCTV.
Through the use of cameras, monitors and recording equipment, the CCTV system is used to monitor activities within a certain area, recording those activities and playing back for reference.
We offer a range of sophisticated cameras which include dome cameras for monitoring closed areas such as banking halls, office, schools, DATA center, and external cameras for the exterior parameters and also motorized cameras which can be controlled, in terms of direction by an operator (PTZ).
Analog Dome and Bullet Cameras with motion detection and vandal prof, IP (Network) cameras, Speed dome with long range view and angles, PTZ cameras and fish eye cameras, just to mention a few, all this cameras comes with true night vision and IR.
Camera images can be recorded using an analogue or digital DVR or NVR with standard Hard Disk Recorder (HDD) which uses a computer hard disk to record images and can accommodate a greater volume of images depending on the disk size. DIXYTECH also provides remote viewing capability and backup service.
Intrusion / Panic Alarm System
An intrusion/panic alarm system is an electronic burglar alarm system that is built to prevent unauthorized entry into a facility and has the option of a panic button which is depressed to alert the appropriate authority of an intrusion or a break in.
The system has the option of a speech dialer which is a means of communicating distress signals to specific programmed telephone numbers outside the protected location. In the event of an emergency, the unit automatically dials the said numbers and plays back an already recorded message, to alert of a break in.
In summary, the Intrusion alarm system combines all the above devices, positioned in specific location in a building to protect against break in when the system is set or to signal for assistance using the panic buttons in the event of a robbery.
Access Control System
An access control system electronically controls access to particular areas and restricts access to authorized persons. The system consists of a main control panel like the other systems where it receives and processes all the information received from the door terminals.
Access can be gain by using individually coded PINs, magnetic swipe readers, biometric readers (fingerprints, etc) or a combination of these methods.

FIRE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION.
Fire Alarm Systems (Detection)
A fire alarm system is an electronic mode of detecting smoke or heat in an enclosed/partially enclosed area of a building, using optical smoke / heat sensors. There are two modes of detection; they are the conventional method and the addressable method. The Analogue Addressable system indicates the exact location of the fire or incident whereas the conventional system displays the general area to be searched for.
A Main Control Panel is used to display the location of the fire. In the case of the addressable system it has an LCD screen where all events are stored and easily readable by the user whereas the conventional system are shown by indicators. The control panel also has an in built power supply unit is able to maintain power in case of a power failure for a period of 7 hours.
Fire Suppression System
Whilst fire detection and alarm systems will be sufficient to raise the alarm and summon fire-fighting effort, a fixed extinguishing system can minimize the damage caused by a fire by automatically releasing the extinguishing agent.
These are typically installed to protect areas with items of high value, for example server and data centers, archives, libraries or storage of works of art. Fire Suppression systems can take the form of water-mist or inert and chemical gasses. Some of the common gasses include Argonite, Inergen, CO2, FM200 and Novec1230.
